Emilio R. D'Arce
An invaluable member of our team since 2009, Emilio R. D'Arce assists with all aspects of Figueroa-Contreras Law Group's practice. Emilio has worked in the legal field since 1996 and has extensive expertise in full-service immigration matters as well as complex criminal litigation.
A native of Managua, Nicaragua, Emilio immigrated to the United States in 1980 and grew up in Miami, Florida.
Emilio specializes in immigration law, assisting with family-based adjustment of status, applications for asylum and withholding of removal. He handles filing organization, document preparation, and due-diligence reviews for USCIS and U.S. Immigration Court submissions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, he worked at Carlton Fields as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation Department in Miami, Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his wife and watching movies.
